Rosemont Nursery started in the late 1970’S growing miniature roses for Michigan bulb. Rosemont evolved into a landscape contractor, offering landscape designs and landscaping installations for all greater Grand Rapids landscape needs.

Our experienced team of skilled professional landscape designers will provide everything from master landscape design plans, to small garden sketches, paver brick patio design services, retaining wall drawings and consultation for do-it-yourselfers. Our goal is to listen to our client’s desires and assist them in thinking about all aspects of their project. We pride ourselves in offering artistic solutions to fulfill all our clients’ outdoor
living space needs.

We do installations for homes, businesses, municipalities and assist those who wish to install all or portions for themselves. From large projects to small, patios or gardens, we give each project the care and attention to detail that we are known for. Our large online photo album shows the scope of work we do.

Most of the plants we use are grown at my father’s nursery which is currently being run by my Brother and Sister. Other plants come from local growers around the area. All plants are personally and individually chosen for each project. We use as many Michigan grown plants as possible to assure transplant success and the plants are acclimated for the Michigan weather. We use landscape size plant material to help give new landscapes a more mature look but still enough room to grow.

Color is added to all our landscape in many ways .Perennial’s are used in the landscape because they offer blossoms each year with out needing to be replanted. We like using the hardy shrub roses that are grown to give nearly continuous blooms all season long.

Our retaining walls, patios, water features and stone work give an exciting focal point in all our landscapes. Products are purchase locally to allow our clients to personally see the material and choose color and texture. Check out our suppliers and product page to see where and what we install. We are not limited just to these, if clients have a favorite material we would be glad to design it into their project and install it for them.

The Rosemont key staffers have been with the company for over 12 years. Staff holds all the licensing, training and has the experience to do all aspects of the landscaping process. Customer satisfaction is always strived for on each project.
